Job description

We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who can help us successfully execute our projects related to the FMCG sector and we are looking for candidates who have good experience in developing and managing FMCG Sales Channels.


As Sales Manager, you will be expected to perform specific duties, on behalf of our FMCG clients, including but not limited to the the following:

  • Identify and onboard Channel Partners (Distributors, Retail Chains, Online shopping platforms, Institutional Buyers etc) for a range of FMCG products
  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Meet new people and give presentations to businesses and retail chains regarding FMCG products
  • Deal with top management of large corporates
  • Mentor and assist Sales Teams in meeting their sales targets
  • Assist in primary and secondary sales
  • Update Channel Partners regarding new products
  • Personally manage key accounts
  • Gather constant feedback related to the products
  • Troubleshoot and manage channel conflicts and issues, if any
  • Represent the organization and our clients in events, exhibitions and meetings

Required Skills

To perform the above-mentioned duties you are expected to have the following skills.

  • Strong knowledge of the FMCG sector in India
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales
  • Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams
  • Analytical ability
  • Negotiation skills
  • Presentations skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to influence and convince others
  • Ability to see the bigger picture as well as pay attention to the smallest details
  • Willingness to travel
  • Patience and perseverance

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Post Graduate / MBA from any recognized University
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in developing and managing various types of sales channels for retail and institutional sales.
