Pickle can be made with almost all kinds of eatable vegetables such as mixed veg pickle, carrot pickle, bitter gourd pickle, lemon pickle, red chilli pickle, tamarind pickle, ginger pickle, garlic pickle, green chilli pickle and the list goes. Tomato Pickle is most commonly preferred pickle among all vegetable pickles. It is spicy & sour in taste and can be enjoyed with Rice, Dosa, Idli, Chapati etc. The main difference between our pickle and other pickles is that, ours is made using Wood pressed Peanut Oil. Preserving pickles in Wood pressed Oils is an age old practice in which the ingredients used in making pickle, stays fresh for longer period and they don’t lose their nutritional properties. Storage : Don’t use wet spoon for serving the pickle, as it might reduce the shelf life of pickle.
